This isn’t just your standard ‘About Me’ section. My journey has been anything but conventional, and since I’m aiming to focus on an individual contributor role as a Senior Product Manager, I wanted to give you a quick rundown:

🚀 Technology runs through my veins. Ever since I got my first computer, I became obsessed with understanding how things work – taking it apart, upgrading components, and pushing the limits of what was possible. That curiosity led me to the slightly more creative, content creation, side – writing captivating match reports for football websites, launching my own blog, and ultimately shaping my career in tech.

💡 Engineering & UX Research Background
I pursued a degree in Computer Science and later specialized in Human-Computer Interaction, with a vision of blending technology and human-centered design. My career started in UX Research, but my passion for startups and innovation pushed me into the world of product design and development.

👨‍💻 Freelance Web Development → Tech Founder
What started as a freelance web development career quickly took off – I built a pipeline I couldn’t handle alone, so I teamed up with another freelancer to launch a product design & development agency. Over the next six years, we grew it into a 7-figure business with a 25-person team, where I led as CEO and Strategy & Product Development Lead, working with clients like Procter & Gamble.

🔄 Pivoting to a New Challenge at Netguru
I exited my agency to try something different – working within a more established business. I joined Netguru, one of Poland’s top product design & development agencies, where I’ve led product discovery & development for some of the world’s most successful brands.

After reflecting on 12+ years of diverse experience, I’ve realized my true passion lies in leading products, shaping strategy, and diving deep into market and user needs. Spearheaded the development and launch of a crypto purchasing and trading feature within Fierce Finance, enabling users to seamlessly buy, sell, and trade cryptocurrencies directly within the iOS app.

Delivered within a 3-month timeframe.
20% of active users tried the crypto features within the first month. 40% within 3 months.
15% of active users performed multiple transactions within the first 3 months, with an average of 2.5 transactions per user.

Leading the Discovery & Strategy for Reeve – B2B SaaS

Led the discovery of 0 to 1 product – Reeve, a SaaS Blockchain-based financial reporting solution.

Shaping the core of the AI-Powered Contract Collaboration

Led the discovery and delivery of the Word Import & Export for Contract Network, the first AI-powered contract collaboration platform.

This core feature enables users to:

Seamlessly import Word documents containing contracts into the platform.
Leverage AI-powered tools to review, edit, and collaborate on contract terms within the system.
Export finalized contracts back into Word format, ensuring smooth integration with external workflows.

Focused on usability, accuracy, and document integrity, ensuring a frictionless experience for legal teams and contract managers.
